Job Description
Handing over & taking over of patients.
Keeping ward clean & tidy
Bed making, Direct patient care
Admission & Discharge of patients
Providing Nursing care including periodic vital recording, administration of IV fluids and medications, and blood transfusions, recording of ECG, preparing for /getting done the investigations etc
Administration of medications, injections as per Doctors orders
Taking rounds with Doctors
Preparation of patient for any procedures, examination, Assisting doctors for procedures & surgeries
Handling patient queries in a professional manner
Educating patients as well family members regarding patient condition, before administering medications or before doing patient preparation
Ensuring that patients receives diet on time and as per dietary orders
Keep a close eye on patient condition and identifying, handling medical emergencies
Receiving patient reports from concerned departments & informing Consultants about the same.
Maintaining correct documentation & ensuring medical records are up to date as per hospital protocols
Handling Inventory and ensuring correct stock is maintained in wards. Right levels must always be maintained
Daily check for emergency equipments & medications
Maintaining hospital registers and updating it on time
Indenting for the ward stock, receiving it from stores & organising it in the assigned areas
Maintaining harmonious relations with all categories of staff
Maintaining Grooming standards.
Any other duty assigned from time to time

UG: B.Sc – Nursing, Diploma – Any Specialization

Job Description
1. Responsible for overall Pharmacy, stores & wards. Handling day to day operations in a professional manner.
2. Maintaining correct stock levels, Reorder levels in stores, wards etc.
3. Ordering, Receiving, Organising required stocks on regular basis.
4. Raising GRNs correctly and within time limits.
5. Preparing & Updating hospital formulary.
6. Minimising hospital stocks and maintaining JIT inventory.
7. Setting up correct processes & implementing the same for smooth flow of pharmacy & stores functions.
8. Dispensing of drugs must be correct & as per prescriptions.
9. Patient education while dispensing medicine etc.
10. Handling near expiry medicines & consumables including wards, Getting Credit bills from vendors for the same.
11. Daily Audits of Pharmacy, wards & Stores.
12. Monthly Audits.
13. Staff Training about hospital protocols.
14. Handling Duty Roster.
15. Updating staff attendance.
16. Maintaining Statutory guidelines in Pharmacy, stores.
17. Preparing checklists required as per NABH guidelines.
18. To submit reports like daily statistics, KPI to managers.
19. Maintaining correct documentation.

Job Description
To provide a high standard of Patient care within Front Office in accordance with policies, procedures and quality standards of registration, admission, discharge routine appointment schedules.

The Job Responsibilities of Guest Relation Executive includes the following:

1. Facilitate a comfortable and delightful experience for patients and visitors.
2. Providing excellent Customer service as per hospital standards.
3. Accurate Billing along with proper counselling regarding tariffs.
4. Completing Documentation related to Registration, Admission & Discharge, Insurance etc.
5. Handling patients, attenders, callers as well as visitors queries in timely manner.
6. Adhere to registration, admission, discharge and transfer protocols of the hospital.
7. Have detailed & updated information regarding admitted patients.
8. Handling appointments- Answering all incoming calls & handling appointments well.
9. Ensure that every patient has a smooth and quick check-in with the doctors, with the aim of reducing the waiting hours.
10. Handling complaints-Ensure all the complaints from the patients and attenders are handled delicately and informed to the In-charge
11. Informing Security Incharge / Manager Operations about any suspicious incidents or person.
12. Filing of all-important documents daily in files & submitting to concerned depts.
13. Ensure proper hand over is done every day before the shift ends.
14. Handing over cash, card receipts to the concerned person from accounts department.
15. Collect OPD & IPD feedback and work out on suggestions provided by the patient visitors.
16. Adhere to strict staff grooming standards.
17. Should be ready to work on any shifts including Sundays and as required.
18. Maintenance of birth registers and coordinating with doctors to fill up details required in birth register and to handover the birth certificated to the attenders.
19. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Management.
